The Simmons Behavior Analysis master's program requires students to complete an Intensive Practicum experience as part of their degree program. The Intensive Practicum Director is responsible for coordination and oversight of all administrative, supervisory and clinical tasks related to the BA@S Intensive Practicum. Duties include the oversight of student/supervisor orientation, student registration, placement and student assessment. As part of this role, the Intensive Practicum Director will coordinate supervisory services provided by both 1:1 and group mentors to ensure procedural integrity and compliance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's intensive practicum experience standards. The Intensive Practicum Director will also provide individual and/or group mentoring of students in practicum on an as needed basis. The appointment is not on the tenure track.
This position is fully dedicated to supporting BA@S Intensive Practicum and does not carry a course teaching load. General faculty responsibilities, in addition to overseeing the Intensive Practicum experience for online students, include student advising, contributing to curriculum development, and providing service to the Behavior Analysis Department and to the College. This position requires the candidate to be located on the Simmons campus in Boston. We are specifically interested in expertise specific to supporting students in practicum placements and management of board certified behavior analysts.

Requirements:
Master's degree in behavior analysis or a closely related field (e.g. psychology, education);
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) in good standing;
Meets Behavior Analysis Certification Board standards for providing supervision;
A minimum of 3 years' experience providing supervision to students seeking Board Certification;
A minimum of 3 years' experience supervising other BCBAs®;
A record of professional presentations and research publications preferred;
Candidates should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet term deadlines.

Successfully complete the Simmons College supervision training
Maintain BACB® and Simmons College standards for supervision
