Job Description

The Coordinator of Business Operations supports the Associate Director of Business Operations with general operations related to the Penn Engineering Online office. This position assists with TA/CDA/Student Worker hiring as well as faculty contract and payments, working closely with PEFS to ensure hiring goes smoothly and issues are resolved. This position also assists with the management of non-credit (MOOC) courses with regard to staffing and administration. Additionally, this position helps with administrative functions, including, purchasing needs, office resource management, and professional development.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects at once and keep track of outstanding issues
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence
  • Comfortable with frequently-changing office demands
