JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
IMGD is hiring an instructor position to teach interactive media and game development to majors and minors. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the industry, have experience teaching, and will be an expert audio and sound designer to help guide students who are developing in this area. Also desired is the ability to advise student groups on projects, help students with writing ideas for final thesis, and be able to collaborate with technical and artistic game developers. Further teaching responsibilities would include intro to game dev, teaching students about game development pipelines, and other courses as needed. Experience teaching in a university setting necessary.
