ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT COORDINATOR (Administrative Support Coordinator I)

Primary Duties:
Working independently, under general supervision, the Administrative Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Program Coordinator. Incumbent oversees day-to-day operations, and provides essential front-line support to a small academic department assisting faculty, associate development director, students and CIM Patrons. Responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling all aspects of the department's budget, scheduling courses, tracking faculty workload, processing curriculum changes, compliance reporting, recruitment support, and support for advisory board and student organizations. Additionally, incumbent also serves as the personnel and payroll coordinator for the area and provides lead work direction to students.
