The Assistant Director for Campus Recruiting and Career Connections is a multi-faceted role that develops and fosters relationships with employers looking to recruit Illinois students; supervises and manages the mock interview program; and coaches students regarding career exploration and decision-making, preparation for graduate/professional school, and finding jobs and internships. The Assistant Director is passionate about interacting with students, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and is a relationship builder. In order to foster student success, the Assistant Director develops programs and opportunities to enhance students' career readiness and connect them with employers. The Assistant Director is part of the Employer Connections team and works with a collaborative and innovative staff focused on career and professional development for students.
