The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. Position Summary:
As an information security (InfoSec) analyst, you would report to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). You will administer security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, endpoint protection, and Security Event and Incident Management (SEIM) solutions. You will oversee security audits, security scanning, security training systems, incident response, eDiscovery, and forensics.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Security Configuration, Documentation, and Monitoring You will research and implement security solutions. This includes reviewing security configurations for client devices, networking, security, and server platforms. You will take part in the Change Management process and other collaborative committees to ensure that our services are secure and aligned with our needs.
Security Planning, Research, and Auditing You will lead regular security meetings with our Security Working Group, researching and responding to current security issues, and to security assessments. You would develop and maintain skills by attending relevant seminars, conferences, and other trainings.
Security Team Mentoring you will mentor and support our security team, providing them with experience performing security analytics work.
Security Incident Response You will respond to security incidents. This can include assigning tickets for malware remediation, collecting data as part of eDiscovery requests, and leading the remediation of security related issues.

Required Qualifications:
Associate degree in related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and security administration experience (One year of education is equal to two years of experience).
Security administration experience including security incident response, networking, firewall, Active Directory, Windows, Linux, and/or Mac operating systems.
Three years experience with IT security administration in an enterprise environment.
Experience with researching, evaluating, testing, deploying, and maintaining security solutions.
Work experience creating scripts to automate reporting and administration functions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related technical field.
Five years experience with IT security administration in an enterprise environment.
Work experience with managing enterprise anti-virus solutions, and security scanning and testing solutions.
Work experience with PowerShell scripting, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Office 365, web development, penetration testing.
Industry Security Certifications, such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, and/or others.
Experience with developing and updating institutional security policies
