About the Opportunity:
The Department of Applied Psychology, housed in the Bouve College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University, invites candidates with expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to apply to a full time 39 week Open Rank Clinical Professor, non-tenure track faculty position. The new faculty member will join faculty in the Department's highly respected ABA programs. We seek candidates who will primarily contribute to the teaching and excellence of Northeastern University's graduate ABA and School Psychology programs, and potentially to undergraduate courses that are part of the Health Psychology and Mindfulness Studies minors.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include: (1) teaching graduate and undergraduate behavior analysis courses across online and on campus formats; (2) advising students; and (3) supervising students' practicum experiences remotely or in person. Responsibilities also include actively contributing to other programs in the Department through teaching and mentoring students. The Department seeks individuals who share its emphasis on interdisciplinary, multicultural, and ecological approaches to research and training.

Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a closely related area with a focus on behavior analysis, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) in good standing with the BACB, have a strong history of training/clinical supervision of students in behavior analysis, and documented teaching effectiveness. The applicant should also be a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) or be eligible for licensure in Massachusetts. Experience with online teaching is preferred. Rank and salary will be commensurate with education, skills and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Applicants holding a doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis with a strong history of online teaching and mentoring students, curriculum development, and service to the field will be preferred.
