Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Program Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Welcome Center, providing information and referral to prospective and current students, staff, and/or the public regarding general campus policies, procedures and activities. Directs the work of the Student Ambassadors assigned to the center.
Typical Duties:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduation AND two years of full-time customer service experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a college environment.
Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in language(s) in addition to English.
Physical Demands:

May bend, squat, and climb stairs occasionally

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Hours will be set based on Department needs. Some variation seasonally is expected based on campus scheduling.

Salary: $2,462 to $3,511 per month plus benefits
