Job Summary
A postdoctoral research fellow position is available at the Biomedical and Clinical Informatics Lab. Our laboratory specializes in designing computer-aided decision support systems for clinical applications.

Responsibilities*
The applicant will apply advanced signal processing and machine learning to predict the occurrence of clinical events and their severity. Applicants must have completed a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other closely related fields with relevant research experience in signal processing, in particular time-frequency analysis, and/or machine learning. Fluency in English conversation and the teamwork skills necessary to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment will be important assets. Additional roles include leadership active participation in project management activities, including the administration of research projects. This position will require initiative and the ability to work without close supervision.
