Position Summary
Lasell University is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Adjunct Faculty in Cybersecurity to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, practical experience in the field, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams, in cybersecurity topics such as network security, ethical hacking, cryptography, and risk management.

Provide students with practical, hands-on experience through labs and projects.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity to ensure course content is up-to-date.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with department faculty on curriculum development and improvement.

Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the academic community.

Master's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional experience in cybersecurity, preferably with certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM.

Previous teaching experience at the college level is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
