Job SummaryReporting to the Associate Creative Director, Brand and Design Lead, the Graphic Designer is responsible for concepting, designing, and delivering a high volume of creative print and digital marketing materials including, but not limited to brochures, posters, invitations, signage, newsletters and stationery. The Graphic Designer will produce work that exemplifies and advances the college's brand and achieves stated stakeholder or institutional marketing goals. The Graphic Designer is responsible for managing requests from various stakeholders across campus and partnering with them-interpreting, clarifying, and prioritizing marketing goals, delivering preliminary designs, and managing revision and approval process-while advocating for best design practices and the college's identity standard. The Graphic Designer will work closely with copywriters, strategists, and other creative professionals, as well as the print production team to ensure that all assets are delivered on time and to the college's production and brand standards. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will serve as an integral part of the College Marketing and Communications team, responsible for concepting, designing, and delivering assets institutional brand and marketing campaigns, targeting prospects, alumni, and existing students. The Graphic Designer collaborates daily with Associate Creative Director on large design projects as well as the high volume design and print request queue. This position may be responsible formanaging freelancers during periods of high volume.

Additional information:
This is a full time, exempt level position with a salary range of $57,100-$64,000. The College is committed to providing competitive market pay for its employees. The College also offers a competitive benefits package for full-time staff, including:
