Job Description
Job Duties
- Instruct group skating lessons per the Learn to Skate Directors daily plan.
- Assist in communications from lesson student to Learn to Skate Director and Learn to Skate administrator, Director and Assistant Manager.
- Work cooperatively with the Assistant Manager and LTS Director and Shift Supervisor on duty.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience, are required. Availability to work weekends is required as scheduled. Must be able to Skate and possess ability to teach skating lessons at the discretion and approval of Learn to Skate Director. US Figure Skating Association certification preferred. Registration with Learn to Skate USA is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse customer base. Ability to instruct students of all ages (5yo and up). Provide superior customer service in a timely manner.
