Job Description:
Madison College is seeking a Reporting & Analysis Coordinator to join the team within Early College. This position supports student service operations by managing system functionality, optimizing processes, and enhancing the use of technology to improve service delivery and student success.
The Reporting & Analysis Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate systems, troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and recommending improvements that strengthen access to resources and overall student engagement. It also provides training for faculty, staff, and students to ensure effective use of technology and represents student affairs on cross-functional teams to align services with institutional priorities.
The successful candidate will bring knowledge of student services, advising processes, and campus technologies, along with strong skills in data analysis, process evaluation, training, and collaboration.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. This position supports limited remote work, which is subject to change in accordance with Madison College policy.

Accountabilities:
- Ensures alignment between student service initiatives and institutional technology strategies by representing Early College and Center for Reentry Education in cross-functional committees and leadership teams, fostering collaboration to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Supports decision-making by generating and analyzing reports, coordinating reporting needs with institutional research teams and identifying trends that enhance student support and engagement.
- Maintains accuracy and functionality of student service systems by providing support for automated processes, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data integrity to support effective student service operations.
- Drives continuous improvement in student service processes by researching best practices, evaluating communication strategies and recommending enhancements that improve student access and experience.
- Strengthens faculty, staff and student proficiency in technology and service processes by developing and delivering training, ensuring users can effectively navigate systems and support student success.
- Optimizes the academic advising process for specialty populations by leading the college-wide assignment of advising roles, providing oversight, training and communication to ensure accurate assignments and data for college-wide advising services.
- Contributes to an inclusive, equitable and supportive environment where everyone at the institution feels valued, respected and empowered to reach their full potential.
- Performs other related duties within the scope of the position as required for the efficient operation of the division and to support institutional objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of student service operations, advising processes and institutional policies.
- Knowledge of campus technologies related to data management, advising, teaching and learning.
- Skill in data analysis, interpretation and presentations.
- Skill in evaluating and improving student service processes for special populations.
- Skill in developing and delivering training to faculty, staff and students.
- Ability to manage and optimize student service systems, troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
- Skill in engaging positively with all populations and communities, contributing to a safe and inclusive learning and work environment.
- Skill in effectively and respectfully communicating with others.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree required. An Associate degree may be considered with equivalent additional work experience.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of relevant and professional work experience.
