Job Summary


This position will oversee the processing of all federal and private loans for Kutztown University. Certify parent PLUS loans, private alternative loans and resolve loan discrepancies and errors. Advise students and families on educational loan financing options.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • One to three years of experience working in a financial aid office
  • Not be in default on any federal loans


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with Ellucian Banner
  • At least one year of experience working directly with federal student loans

The starting salary for this position is $54,983, based on the SCUPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
