Job Description:
What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking an Administrative Associate to provide support to all clients that utilize the Baylor University Counseling Center. This position will assist with the daily operations of the department while maintaining professional interactions with staff, prospective students, families and visitors.

A high school diploma and two years of relevant work experience are required. An Associate's degree is preferred.

*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
  • Manage daily activities of the office; provide administrative support as needed
  • Review correspondence and maintain office files and records
  • Check clients in and out for services, along with scheduling them
  • Perform range of administrative functions
  • Offer administrative support to clinicians and staff
  • Identify opportunities to improve the execution of daily tasks and recommend changes
  • Promote professional environment with excellent customer service
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with university policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
