The Project Coordinator supports the Workforce Innovation Technology Hubs (WITH Cyber) program by coordinating website operations, digital resources, and program outreach. This role works under the direction of the Executive Director of the Center for Cyber and AI to ensure program websites and digital platforms are maintained, accessible, and effectively support recruitment, engagement, and reporting requirements. The Coordinator serves as a key liaison for digital project activities, providing professional and technical support that enhances program visibility and efficiency.

We're responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Position Summary
Temporary, Staff, Full Time, Non-Exempt, Benefited position through 9/30/2026 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $3,750.00-$4,583.33 per month.
Location: CSUSB and PDC Campuses.
Work Schedule
40 hours per week. Generally 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Some nights and weekend work may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education:  
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, business/public administration, or related field.
 
 - Experience: 
- At least one (1) year of experience supporting a federally funded grant program, or equivalent experience in a related field.
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common digital collaboration tools.
 
 - Other: 
- Knowledge of website and digital content management practices, including accessibility and usability standards.
 - Skill in developing and managing online platforms, including survey tools, workflow systems, and event registration software.
 - Ability to analyze digital engagement data and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
 - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
 - Effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders across academia, government, and community partners.
 - Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in resolving issues.
