Job Summary:
Job Summary
This position reports to the Associate Dean for Clinical and Community Affairs and includes a balanced workload of 1.0 FTE, comprised of:
- 0.5 FTE dedicated to administrative leadership and oversight of the practice lead team
- 0.5 FTE allocated to clinical practice, teaching, or research, with a minimum of 0.15 FTE maintained in direct clinical practice.
Nature of Work
The Director of Midwifery & Women's Health Faculty Practices provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for midwifery and women's health services across the Colorado Front Range. This role is responsible for directing a team of clinical practice leads, fostering excellence in clinical care, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals and community needs. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, clinical service development, performance management, regulatory compliance, and cultivating a collaborative and inclusive clinical practice culture. The Director works in close partnership with the Office of Clinical and Community Affairs, contributing to programmatic and operational initiatives that advance clinical excellence and community engagement.

This position is supervised by the Associate Dean for Clinical and Community Affairs.
Supervision Exercised
Supervises the midwifery and women's health clinical practice leads.
Supports a large clinical practice faculty team who practice in the midwifery or women's health practices/sites.

Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, Colorado.

Minimum Qualifications:
o Could be working toward CO clinical licenses during application process and registered with DORA-Department of Regulatory Agencies. Must have Colorado licensures by date of hire.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $103,338-$112,906.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
In addition to the annual salary for this position, an annual administrative stipend of $10,000/year will also be offered.
