Job Description

Temporary Behavioral Science Research Fellow: As part of the initial project review process, the Advisory Board will identify potential TIP projects. Following this review, the fellow will hold outreach discussions with funded project teams to both coordinate TIP projects identified by the board and ask if any assistance would be helpful on other projects, drafting and proposing potential pilot tests for projects as needed, presentation of these tests for approval, management of IRB approval, data collection, analysis, and reporting. The Temp Research Fellow will also create a shared repository for all original survey materials, data, analysis code and results to be shared across project teams and create a quarterly summary of best practices identified across projects. If appropriate, the fellow may also be asked to participate in group presentations of these results.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level.
