Job Summary
Job Summary:
- Oversees administrative, financial, personnel, and technical functions of a program within the Division of Family and Community Medicine Clinical Operations.
- Takes a leadership role in designing, implementing, and running various strategic programs in the department and plays a key role in developing the clinical operations strategy
- This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various programs as well as the planning, implementation, and tracking of strategic projects as directed.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Works across multiple clinic locations, developing relationships with clinic leadership and providers to implement operational strategies.
- Identifies opportunities for optimization and expansion of current services to improve patient care, efficiency of clinical operations, patient access and experience, and provider well-being.
- Track, monitor, and report on divisional financial performance, including budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and variance analyses, to support leadership decision-making.
- Partner with the Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) team to provide operational oversight and ensure alignment and effective execution of BHI initiatives.
- Actively participate in Ambulatory Patient Experience Coalition meetings, representing DFCM provider needs in decision-making and goal setting.
- Review patient experience data and comments regularly; identify trends and communicate actionable insights to DFCM leadership and providers.
- This role broadly supports the clinical enterprise by advancing provider initiatives, resource development, and operational strategies that improve access, quality, and patient and provider experience.
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.This is a Manager-Level position in the Management track.Job Code: M23833Grade: M16

EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Manager, Operations Management : Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
