(Primary Location for Job Responsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

Responsible for the coordination and administration of e-commerce and order fulfillment processes, package tracking systems, and parcel locker system processes for all KSU bookstore locations. Provides critical support to the department and management for essential store operations. Works closely with various team members and campus partners to facilitate efficient and accurate transfer of products between all bookstore locations.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for all online order activity conducted through bookstore's e-commerce websites (i.e., printing orders, pulling merchandise, processing orders, packing orders, using parcel locker system, resolving customer service issues, managing backorder lists, etc.)
2. Maintains e-commerce site updates in terms of information and functionality, specifically as it relates to e-commerce and order fulfillment
3. Manages the fulfillment of any product (primarily textbooks) sold through other e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Vindy, etc.
4. Responsibility for the storage, shipping and receiving areas in the Kennesaw bookstore location (maintain daily cleanliness, organize inventory storage, monitor in-bound and out-bound deliveries/transfers)
5. Supports various bookstore teams and others, especially in terms of facilitating the transfer of product and supplies between all bookstore and warehouse locations, and assists in preparing merchandise for special events as needed
6. Assists in setting policy and procedures specifically related to Order Fulfillment, Inventory Control and Storage, Parcel Lockers, Merchandise Transfers and Logistics, etc.
7. Assists with inventory management activities such as cycle counts, physical inventories, etc.
8. Assists department management with various duties such as customer service support, cashier, and sales floor supervision, facilitating specialty service programs, facilities maintenance, and assuring general cleanliness and organization of operational spaces
9. Oversees the hiring and training of student staff supporting the department
10. May assist with similar responsibilities at other bookstore locations as needed
11. May work with other department or division teams at times on other website related work such as product management presentation

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

Other Required Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license

Required Experience
Two (2) years of work experience in order fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce, supply chain, materials management and/or purchasing

Proposed Salary

The budgeted salary range is $16.13 per hour to $19.23 per hour. Offers are based on relevant experience. Knowledge with best practices for inventory management

SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
