Job Summary/Basic Function:

Checks equipment in and out to students on a per-use basis

Checks the condition of equipment before and after use

Maintains and monitors the computerized checkout system and ensures accurate reporting

Maintains security of the equipment checkout room

Monitors specialized labs and classrooms including the advanced digital printing lab, the photography studio and the photography workroom

Provides oversight and monitors signup sheets for scheduling in the printing room and photography studio

Provides technical assistance to students in the proper operation of equipment

Performs preventative maintenance of equipment as directed

Issues locker assignments to students

Data entry

Inventory

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two years of experience with digital photography equipment, software and processes, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Software
- Customer service skills
- Data Entry skills

Physical Demands:

Work Hours: Hours of work may vary each week and may include evening assignments. This is a part time, hourly position with a maximum of 69 hours per month
