Job Summary
The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah is seeking a full-time Administrative Program Coordinator to support the Eccles School. This dynamic role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment.
This role requires a self-starter who can quickly learn new systems and processes, manage multiple priorities, and meet a variety of deadlines. Prior experience with university or campus administrative systems is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who contributes to a collaborative environment, excels at communication, and who brings a positive and professional attitude to the team.

Responsibilities
The Administrative Program Coordinator works as part of a team to accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Assist with establishing and maintaining academic unit budgets.
- Process and reconcile accounts for purchases, employee travel and reimbursement
- Perform human resource and payroll processes
- Support faculty in their Retention, Promotion, Tenure (RPT) process
- Assist with scheduling academic classes
- Coordinate updates for the academic units' website and catalog information
- Coordinate visits, meetings and conferences for the academic units
- Advise faculty, staff and students on department, college and university policies and procedures.
- Assist with projects and support as needed
- Perform general office duties such as preparing correspondence, ordering supplies, processing mail, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), plus one year of directly related experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
