University Advancement is seeking a Coordinator to support our Campaign and Prospect Management team. We are looking for a dynamic individual who brings enthusiasm and a commitment to process improvement and embraces a customer service approach. This position requires a high degree of organizational skills and a collaborative spirit. It is a 12-month (35 hours a week), non-exempt (hourly), benefits-eligible position based in Lewisburg, PA and will have the option for a hybrid work location (remote & in-office days). This position reports to the Director, Campaign and Prospect Management.
Job Duties:
In this role, you will apply your organizational skills to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks. Working in an environment that welcomes and values creative ideas, you'll contribute to a variety of projects. Strong communication, multitasking abilities, and skillful prioritization are crucial as you work alongside this hybrid team. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting demands effectively.
- Project Coordination (40%): Assist with campaign and prospect research project support, including monitoring progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and following up with internal and external partners. Take ownership of project details provided by the Prospect Management and Campaign teams and ensure they are completed precisely and on time.
- Administrative Support (30%): Provide comprehensive administrative support to include managing tasks, calendars, meeting preparation and minutes, compiling information and ensuring seamless workflows for the team. Assists with budget tracking and invoice submission. Under direction, assist team with donor events.
- Data Coordination (10%): Utilize advanced research sources and methodologies to support prospect research for the Development team. Assist with data retrieval, compilation, and analysis. Update CRM accordingly.
- Documentation (10%): Assist with drafting, proofreading, and maintaining documents/communications/presentations. Organize digital files for efficient communication and access.
- Communications (10%): Interact with internal and external stakeholders to share/request information and provide direction in a positive and inclusive manner. Follow up with business partners on projects and next steps to ensure deadlines are met.

This position (and all positions in our division) requires the occasional evening and weekend work to support university events including Homecoming, Family Weekend, Reunion Weekend, and other Stewardship & Donor events. We do ask staff to mark their calendars in advance for these events. This position may occasionally coordinate on-campus or off-campus events/activities outside of standard business hours.

The Campaign & Prospect Management Coordinator demonstrates high-level organizational and interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The individual will exhibit confidence, composure and professionalism, building trust, cultivating positive relationships and successfully managing challenges with integrity and grace.
Additional experience (Preferred):
- Proven track record of effectively engaging with senior-level executives or major donors in various capacities, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate high-pressure environments.
- Experience assisting working in fundraising or Advancement environment
Physical demands:
- The duties of this position are typically performed in an office setting and requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a demanding environment with multiple competing deadlines

The offer rate will be based on a review of the candidate's credentials compared to the qualifications of the position, internal equity, and our overall compensation philosophy.
