What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator for the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences.

A Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of the required degree and/or years of experience.

Additional requirements:

Strong technical/computer skills, good analytical skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team
Accurately estimates timelines and meets deadlines

*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective students
Manage daily correspondence, telephone follow-up, e-mails, and inquiries pertaining to prospective students
Implement targeted calling/e-mail/mail campaigns to shape enrollment goals
Support the program through managing data in the CRM that will enable effective communication and acceptance of prospective students and admits
Evaluate and process data from completed applications into the student information systems to meet operational goals of accuracy and speed
Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment and admissions of students to the program
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
