Job Summary
This position reports directly to the Associate Registrar and provides administrative and technical support to facilitate seamless registration and enrollment for all students current, future and previous. An employee in this class will provide administrative and technical support to the campus at large, including but not limited to faculty, department chairs, deans and support offices. This position will process all major changes for the university in the SIS. This position manages all processes related to undergraduate special arrangement courses. This position is responsible for undergraduate grade changes including incomplete grades. This position is responsible for Repeat Approval and Repeat Checking. This position will process and direct non-matriculated registration for undergraduates. Additionally, this role is the backup for Parchment transcript processing and will assist other team members with transcript processing in times of high volume. This position will be a backup to the registrar's office e-mail box. Finally, this position will be expected to answer phones and assist the front counter clerk (including seating proximity to the front of the office.)

The starting salary for this position is $45,907.00, based on the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement.
