Job Description:
What We Are Looking For

This position serves the University as a resource for processing Registration actions and supports the Assistant University Registrar and Business Analyst overseeing Registration. Registration activities are taking place all year around in multiple academic calendars. This position will take an important role in providing support for students and administrators.

A Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. A Master's Degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience will not be considered in lieu of one another.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the Class Roster Verification process for all academic terms and parts of term, facilitating communication to the faculty members, identify potential retro cancellations and process those cancellations in coordination with the Assistant University Registrar and Business Analyst.
  • Process schedule changes coming in from the Study Abroad office for students who are traveling with a study abroad program and require a schedule change.
  • Manage and monitor registration related processes in coordination with the Assistant University Registrar and Business Analyst including, but not limited to, the Repeat C Processing and Prerequisite and Insufficient Grade Processing.
  • Assist other team members, and specifically the Registrar Associate - Registration with basic Add/Drop processing, administrative withdrawal coordination, and troubleshooting when needed for all academic terms.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with university policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
