Job Description:
What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Program Assistant to support the mission and vision of Baylor University within the Paul L. Foster Success Center.

A Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant work experience is required. A Master's Degree and five years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
  • The Program Assistant will dedicate 50% of his/her time to support the SSS project and its staff and the other 50% to support the TRIO Ronald E McNair Post Baccalaureate program.
  • Assisting participants with submitting need documentation, applications for financial assistance, and individual academic and financial planning/counseling.
  • Document student financial assistance for files, assist in documenting eligibility, academic performance, and services provided to participant.
  • Assist staff with processing applications. Coordinate program exit interviews and follow up with non-returnees.
  • Assist with programmatic data entry and assists with departmental purchases and travel needs and other duties as assigned.
