What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Program Assistant to support the mission and vision of Baylor University within the Paul L. Foster Success Center.

A Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant work experience is required. A Master's Degree and five years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

The Program Assistant will dedicate 50% of his/her time to support the SSS project and its staff and the other 50% to support the TRIO Ronald E McNair Post Baccalaureate program.
Assisting participants with submitting need documentation, applications for financial assistance, and individual academic and financial planning/counseling.
Document student financial assistance for files, assist in documenting eligibility, academic performance, and services provided to participant.
Assist staff with processing applications. Coordinate program exit interviews and follow up with non-returnees.
Assist with programmatic data entry and assists with departmental purchases and travel needs and other duties as assigned.
