Job Description:
What We Are Looking For

Baylor University Athletic Department is searching for a Director of Governance and Regulatory Affairs to serve as a liaison for assigned sports teams by providing guidance on day-to-day regulatory matters including interpretations, investigations, waivers and violations. A Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience is required and a Master's with 5 years of experience is preferred.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What Will You Do

Position plays a critical role in compliance monitoring of NCAA, Big 12, CSC/House Settlement and Baylor institutional rules and policies
Staff member will manage recruiting, eligibility and playing season documentation processes for assigned teams
Collaborate with campus stakeholders such as admissions, financial aid and the registrar's office
Assist with the execution of a rules education plan for assigned sports and units
Additional duties as assigned.
