Job Description:
What We Are Looking For

Baylor University Athletic Department is searching for a Director of Governance and Regulatory Affairs to serve as a liaison for assigned sports teams by providing guidance on day-to-day regulatory matters including interpretations, investigations, waivers and violations. A Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience is required and a Master's with 5 years of experience is preferred.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What Will You Do
  • Position plays a critical role in compliance monitoring of NCAA, Big 12, CSC/House Settlement and Baylor institutional rules and policies
  • Staff member will manage recruiting, eligibility and playing season documentation processes for assigned teams
  • Collaborate with campus stakeholders such as admissions, financial aid and the registrar's office
  • Assist with the execution of a rules education plan for assigned sports and units
  • Additional duties as assigned.
