The Part-time Lab Assistant for Medical Imaging at supports the instructional activities and daily operations of the medical imaging laboratory within the college's Medical Imaging program. This position plays a vital role in assisting students, faculty, and staff in the practical application of medical imaging techniques and procedures. Specifically assisting students in the Medical Imaging Program.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; enrollment in or completion of a relevant healthcare program preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical imaging or healthcare setting is beneficial.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of medical imaging principles and techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Certification in teaching discipline.
• Current credentials and/or license required.
• Proven ability to work with diverse student/patient populations.

Preferred:

• Clinical or College-level teaching experience preferred

Pay rate: $45.00 an hour for 5 hours a week
