Job Summary

The Pre-Collegiate STEAM Summer Experience Director will lead the development, facilitation, and supervision of a pilot STEAM summer program for high school students. The position is responsible for managing daily program operations and fostering a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Develop and design a pilot STEAM summer program for high school students.
Facilitate engaging, interdisciplinary STEAM learning experiences.
Supervise students and ensure a safe, inclusive program environment.
Lead all aspects of program operations and support continuous improvement of the experience.

This position will work part-time hours on weekdays.

What We Can Offer

The pay rate for this position is $24.00 per hour.

What We Require

Master's degree in Creative Technology and Design: Social Impact.
Demonstrated understanding of ATLAS vision and curriculum.

What You Will Need

Ability to develop and deliver interdisciplinary STEAM programming for pre-collegiate students.
