Job Description
Truckee Meadows Community College is recruiting for a part-time (32 hours a week) Library Technician 1 for the Learning Resources Center. This position will maintain the LRC print collection by maintaining the Voyager database; updating circulation, processing course reserves and interlibrary loans and provide backup for reception desk. The Library Technician will supervise and maintain access to computer labs, assist students in accessing computers and provide training and support to students using Canvas; schedule and administer proctor exams and follow-up with IT as needed.

Required Qualifications
Graduation from high school or equivalent education and two years of increasingly responsible experience working in a library; OR one year of experience as a Library Assistant III in Nevada State service; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule
The typical work schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 2:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm; this is subject to change based on organizational needs.
