Job Summary
The Director provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for experiential and global earning programs within the Parker College of Business. This position collaborates with faculty directors to coordinate flagship experiential programs, such as Parker Scholars, Eagles on Penn Ave, and Eagles on Wall Street. This role serves as the primary liaison for international and domestic partner institutions, shepherding relationships that facilitate dual degrees and specialized study opportunities. The Director is responsible for the growth and management of inbound and outbound global programs at the graduate and undergraduate levels and serves as the liaison for faculty exchange opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative oversight and strategic leadership for all experiential and global learning programs within the Parker College of Business
- Manage the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound global programs for both undergraduate and graduate students
- Identify and develop new programs and initiatives related to global business education through domestic and international partner institutions and third-party providers
- Advise and interface with external partners to ensure the effective use of college resources
- Shepherd formal agreements, relationships, and MOUs for institutional partnerships and dual-degree programs in coordination with the office of the Assistant Provost for Global Engagement and the university's Division of Global Engagement
- Collaborate with faculty directors to plan and execute flagship programs such as Parker Scholars, Eagles on Penn Ave, and Eagles on Wall Street
- Oversee faculty exchange opportunities, track international faculty mobility, and coordinate the selection of faculty for Business Abroad trips alongside the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs
- Oversee student recruitment, application processes, and orientations for all global initiatives, including traveling to international sites for program development, assisting with student programs, and recruiting international students
- Manage safety protocols, risk assessment, and compliance for all student and faculty travel in accordance with university policies to support the mission for student success
- Serve as the primary administrative coordinator for all Parker College of Business-sponsored travel programs, including collaborating with college leadership and the Division of Global Engagement to ensure alignment with the academic mission
- Maintain accurate participation data for global and experiential programs to support college and accreditation reporting
- Serve in a leadership role within professional organizations (e.g., NACE, AACSB) to integrate global education best practices

Proposed Salary
$68,369 - $88,934
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
