(Primary Location for Job Responsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

Leads the strategic planning, organization, and oversight of data operations to support the Business Services division. Oversees the collection, aggregation, and statistical analysis of data to address priorities identified by divisional leadership. Interprets complex datasets to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend opportunities for operational improvement. Serves as a key contributor to division wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between data capabilities and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Leads a team of analysts, providing direction on data collection, processing, and translation of raw data into actionable insights that inform departmental decision-making
2. Oversees the delivery of accurate, timely data and analysis to support divisional and departmental operations, including recurring monthly and quarterly reporting as well as ad hoc analytical requests
3. Manages the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that strengthen data-driven decision-making across the division
4. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance and progress toward strategic objectives.
5. Partners with functional leaders to review departmental metrics, understand operational goals and initiatives, and identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced service delivery.
6. Ensures the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of analytical tools, dashboards, and key data sets through proactive maintenance and data quality oversight.
7. Oversees the development of queries and data extraction from multiple sources, ensuring analyses provide meaningful insights and support business needs.
8. Conducts and guides advanced data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and insights that support strategic and operational decision making.
9. Leads data auditing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts while supporting data governance practices to maintain high data quality standards.
10. Applies predictive analytics to forecast trends and provide strategic recommendations to departmental leaders.
11. Manages the production and delivery of standard and customized reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses aligned with business priorities.
12. Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance analytical workflows.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in Statistics, Business Analytics, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Required Experience
Five (5) years of relevant experience in Data Analysis

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in data management and/or business intelligence software such as SAS, Tableau, MS Fabric, or Power BI.
Experience in maintaining and creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements.

Proposed Salary

The budgeted salary range is $75,300 to $96,000 per year. Offers are based on relevant experience. SKILLS
Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and self-directed

Strong problem-solving skills (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking)
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel, Microsoft Power Platform, PeopleSoft, Nolij)
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management, and presentation skills
