Job Summary

The Capital and Controlled Maintenance Program Manager serves as CU Boulder's advocate for campus facility health, overseeing a portfolio of 10-15 state-funded maintenance and renewal projects from prioritization through closeout, while handling budgets, schedules, and compliance with university policies and state regulations.

This role requires someone who thrives in complexity: organizing large amounts of information, crafting compelling and data-supported funding justifications that go beyond "end of useful life," and leading through influence with project manager colleagues across a shared program.

Strong communication skills will help this role succeed, whether writing funding proposals, facilitating project meetings, or presenting to leadership. If you are energized by long-term planning, managing competing deadlines, and strengthening campus facilities for the long term, this is the role for you.

CU is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment. We are committed to creating a workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, and we encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
