Description:
The Department of English is seeking to fill temporary positions with part-time responsibilities teaching courses in the fields of writing and literature during the spring 2024 semester and the 2024-2025 academic year. Teaching assignments may include first-year writing, sophomore-level literature courses, and technical writing in the department. Some candidates may be required to attend an interview with University administration depending on course workload. Employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.



Qualifications:
The successful applicant must hold an advanced degree in the teaching discipline, preferably the Ph.D., by the start date of the appointment. Teaching experience is preferred.
