Location
Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Delivers a wide range of clinical services including initial consultation, diagnostic and treatment formulation, psychological testing, short-term individual counseling and psychotherapy, psychoeducational and process focused group counseling, clinical supervision, consultation to the campus community, and crisis intervention. Participates in outreach efforts by developing and delivering psychoeducational programming for the campus community.

Responsibilities
1. Provides of wide range of psychological services

2. Provides crisis intervention and after-hours emergency on-call coverage

3. Provides outreach and consultation to campus community

4. Provides clinical supervision to graduate student trainees

5. Utilizes and maintains the electronic health record

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA Accredited Program

Other Required Qualifications
License eligible as psychologist within twelve (12) months of hire

Required Experience
Pre-doctoral internship in professional psychology

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Licensed psychologist with previous experience in university counseling center

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
ABILITIES
Able to conduct individual, group, and couples counseling
Able to use psychotherapeutic skills with college student population Able to provide clinical supervision
Able to work with diverse individuals and groups
Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge and experience with mental health issues in higher education
Familiarity with short-term models of treatment
Knowledge of professional, national, and state ethical guidelines Successful collaboration with treatment team and external constituents

SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
